Congratulations to all of the children in 5th and 6th class who took part in the Marathon Kids Final Mile today in school.
We were honored to have the Irish Olympian David Gillick at school this morning to do a warm up with the children and to present them with their metals at the end.
There was a fantastic atmosphere around the school, and a great buzz ahead of the Final Mile.
This is the culmination of months of running for the children and their teachers and we were delighted to see how positively the children have engaged with this wonderful life skill.
Well done to everyone who took part and a big thank you to Ms. Greene for organizing the event!
