A huge congratulations to Kevin Hemei, a pupil in Mr. Curtin’s 5th class.
Kevin won First Place in U-13 Judo Championship representing Ireland in Germany.
He attended a training Camp in Germany ahead of the competition, and won gold in a very tough competition.
Kevin has been training for over 6 years with his club in Leixlip.
He is very devoted to Judo and trains three 3 times per week with his club, and more training at home with his dad.
Kevin has already achieved his Orange Belt in Judo and is working on Orange/Green belt next.
Well done Kevin on your brilliant achievement- it is great to see the hard work paying off!!
